McLean, VA—The U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has awarded Meetings Management Group (MMG) a five-year blanket purchase agreement for meeting and conference support services.

Through this award, MMG will provide full-service meeting planning, travel, technical, administrative and lodging logistical support for the FHWA.

MMG’s services under this agreement will include advance marketing and collateral material, the writing of meeting summaries and proceedings; the building and management of attendee databases, and assistance in logistical support services such as site selections and attendee travel.

“This BPA award draws on MMG’s full range of meeting support, site selection, registration and housing, database services and onsite management,” said Hunter Clemens, Vice President of Meetings Management Group.

At a post award orientation, MMG’s President, Bruce Wardle, Vice President Hunter Clemens, CMP and MMG Director of Meetings Derek Jenks, CMP were pleased to receive insight from the contracting officers technical representative, Zachary Ellis of the Turner Fairbank Highway Research Center and from Samantha Reizes, Contract Specialist with the FHWA Office of Acquisition Management.
